I almost always eat this way everyday..straying from the usual warrior diet i am used to,I eat complex carbs for breakfast after my morning workout.I fast til dinner and most often then not,a serving of protein and veggies.My favorite of course is steak and a large salad or chicken and veggies.i always have a protein and veggie meal for dinner every single night.My digestion has been better since eating this way.
Sometimes I'll eat eggs or something else for breakfast/post workout or I'll just eat beans/chili or something small.
