Re: One other thing please

While choosing a ND over an MD can be better, it can still be tough to get the health info and care you actually need. I've been to 2 ND's, one here in Portland, Oregon and one in Oceanside, Ca. Both are very nice, both are qualified ND's. But neither of them thought I could get off the thyroid meds, and just kept my prescritions going for me.

One of them did help with some homeopathy remedies, when I got depressed over my sister's death, but she actually upped my thyroid meds (because we'd lowered the dosage not long before) to where they were before also.

So, I would say this, ultimatley our health is in our hands, and the tons of things we do to have bad, good, or excellent health is our choice. Barring an accident when a Dr. comes in handy for patch ups, I'm staying away from them, and the ND's. also.

I'm 55 years old, found raw foods at 50 and have done nothing but improve my health, get off 31 years of Dr. and ND prescribed thyroid meds, and can walk, breath, function, think, see, more clearly than ever before..and certainly have pushed back the clock at age 50 when I found raw foods, lost 71 lbs., reclaimed my good health, and am on to working on getting excellent health..all without the 'help' from Dr.'s or ND.'s!

My suggestion is to go visit
http://www.rawfoodsupport.com
and discover the health benefits of raw, fresh produce!

Love,
Prism
