Stress and need for more iodine???

Got a question ....has anyone seen their need for Iodine increase with stress???

I'm under lots of job stress right now. Am on 50-100mgs of Iodine for fibrocystic breasts and it's worked well for almost 2 years.

About 2 days ago my breasts started getting sore and heavy again. I'm 53 so don't cycle regularly and can't depend on that for monthly signs of low iodine.

This took me by surprise as it's a sure sign my Iodine stores are low. The only thing I can think of is stress over the past 7 weeks since my teaching job started back.
Anyone else seen this happen? It's important to know.

(btw....last night entirely painted both breasts with Lugols and diluted DMSO. They've already reduced down tremendously. Orange breasts oughta stop a trapper in his tracks!)
