I was just about to go to bed when i saw your message come in. 

Luckily, Ben knows the law and he stands his ground.   I think they are able to hoodwink and bully people that are not familiar with the law.  I would never have thought to tell them that they didn't have the jurisdiction and I would have innocently signed on the dotted line, giving them permission to go ahead with a trial. 

Of course, this big boys can become a royal pain if they want to.  Hopefully they won't though.

The Best Years in Life now has a Blog.  I will be putting any updates in the blog, so just go there and you won't miss a thing.
