Re: master clenase day 5 vomiting, help!
The first part of the cleanse is, for almost all , the toughest.
The worst should be over.
the previous responses were really good ones,
I would add that using top notch ingredients is important:
(if not using already)
~non irradiated cayenne
~Bottled spring water
~grade b or c organic maple
~organic lemons
~non iodized salt(celtic grey, redmond's-my choice)
Everyone is a little different and often switching to
a different salt or tea, or using water that just isn't
purified tap( Most bottled). Precise measuring is crucial, too.
I start my day with a cup of h2o prior to the swf-after sleeping
the body, having had plenty of liquid the day before, is often
dehydrated. Then I have another cup of h2o after 'the purge'.
The lemonade seems to be a shock to your system, maybe that will help.
Lastly, the most important part of the cleanse is attitude.
You have to want it bad, like someone who wants to wear contacts,
sticking something in your eye seems like torture, yet if you really
want it you do it and get past the awkwardness and unnatural feelings.
If it's ones first cleanse, the body usually puts up a fight at first.
It has developed a routine and not always easy to break.
Instead of dwelling in the misery, picture the new you that you are
striving for. Concentrate on the results and the way you really want
to be.
Some people may call it whining(and whine about whiners), I just think
that feeling crappy is the body's way to talk you out of it. At this point your body's 'reasoning' is mutated. And it just wants things to be the way they were, they way it got used to. It's not a fight, just a little stubborness. Get your
mind off of the pain or put the pain somewhere else via stretching,yoga,etc...
Move forward and think positive!
Just my four hay pennies worth.
