lol how did you know about the weird dreams? I do have weird dreams whenever I have hard carbs or starches (breads/grains,though alergic I have them every so often;pizza,burgers etc.)
I exercise every other day quite intensly,when ripped I am about bruce lees size just a little plumper.

I do best on mostly meats,fats and salads/veggies low carbs though admittingly I love starches for a treat! I can handle straight glucose or pure Sugar drinks but not artificial sweeteners but any kind of carb that needs to be processed I get all ADD and manic during that process.Beans are the only carbs that I can truly handle,beans and recooked rice,like pourage.
