well,being that I had been feeling better since cutting it out of my diet being suspicious of being intolerable to those ingredients I decided to see if it was still the case,well..often hearing about how 'healthy' oatmeal is and such,I decided to have a good sized bowl of it yesterday(cooked oatmeal) just to see if I would be able to tolorate it..and WOW! talk about ADD! I instantly felt really anxious and nervous feeling than tired and sleepy,then I got racing thoughts and felt really up and downish.I had HORRIBLE gas the entire night and I felt soooo bloated.I had diarrhea this morning and in the afternoon just been feeling sick,I had a nap for about 2 hours just now but felt like I had been sleeping for hours.I feel a little bit better but still feel kinda ill.It seems like anything grainish gives me these types of symptoms,looks like I was right in my ways to eliminate them from my diet...that is all,just an update.
