A lot of people say to avoid dairy..Im not sure if this is the case for me.
Ive been eating a little more dairy {been having my flax oil in cottage cheese because I heard it helps it absorb}, also yogurt and ice cream here and there {gotta have a treat once in awhile!} and my horrible skin, is well, still horrible but not any worse really. Ive been trying to avoid wheat gluten for the most part.
