As for being concerned about what people think, yes it's ridiculous really! I've found tapeworm segments which means either my mums dog that I look after sometimes or one of the lady over the roads 5 dogs has infected me. I think one licked my hand one day. I'm thinking I'll have to tell them both and was slightly embarassed about admitting to the lady over the road that I have worms, even though her dogs probably given some to me! lol (My mums more likely to have her dog wormed regularly)
Anyway I'll have to tell the lady because she's probably got them too and she has a young son who's bound to be infected.
