More folks are squemish than are calm. In fact, I have a sister who, like me, has been parasite cleansing since she was 2 years old. Even to this day, she will not look in the toilet when she clenases and she will call me nearly every day during her bi-annual cleanses. She has never passed anything that we are aware of - but even after 50 years and 100 parasite cleanses - she still feaks out.

The best thing to do is just do it and don't even look in the toilet.
