Background.
I was involved with good diet and healthy life style after my efforts to reverse grey hair. I do it for almost two years. I managed to reverse about 30% with my diet.
Mostly supplements:
mega B+C - C 1000mg Bcomplex 50mg each
E 1000iu
also
now
tyrosine 500mg
copper 2.5 mg
beta carotene 15 mg
iodine
sea salt
