Die off is legitimate and it could be that. L-Ornithine helps the panics also. I always got the sense that it was the bugs panicing because they are being killed.

Plus, its always a littler nerve wracking when in the middle of going through. Hang on dear you'll make it.

It shouldn't be long before that peace hits on the inside. You'll know....
