I just got my "second" waterwise today. I got one last week and all it did was steam and make a mess. They sent me a new one right away and a packing slip to send the other one back. I made my first batch of water today and it worked like a charm. It also had brown water and I guess that is the crap we drink if we don't distill. I took the filter and screen out and I'm just using the plastic part to make the water. I'm happy not to have to be ordering and paying for filters every few months:)I threw that batch of water out since it was the first. Tomorrow I will make a fresh batch and enJOY. Tweet
