Urine therapy is actually based on solid theory.

A person's urine, when it first comes out, is sterile.  Not only that, but it contains substances that the body has produced to address any health concerns.  When a homeopathic urine is created, a person is only getting a minute amount of urine but the health benefits can be quite noticable.

 I hesitated to consider this therapy too but after reading up on it and realizing that, as long as you take care to do it right, it is healthy, I think it deserves a second look.
