Re: Castor Oil Cleanse?

There wasn't any particular protocol that I followed with the Castor Oil. I just figured it would be good to take right along with the regular liver flush. And, it was very successful. As far as it went, that is.

First thing in the morning take:
60ml Castor Oil
100ml Orange Juice
Shake for 5 minutes then drink.

After about 20 minutes start drinking a cup of warm/tepid water every half hour or so till you start making bathroom runs. You will make allot of them.
