Just woke up with a head full of conjestion and crusty corners to my eyes.

Did the mesentery painting, 16 oz water with 5 drops, made a vaginal suppository with 1 drop of Iodine and inserted.

I slept very hard for 6 hours straight. I woke up sideways in bed. I have not slept this hard or woke up side ways in years. I sleep 5 hours per night and wish I could sleep at least 8. Maybe this journey is taking me there.
