Hello, You should not be bleaching your panties. Bleach is very bad for the skin.
Try "Shout" for stains. Spray the affected area of the garments and also put one fourth in the washer along with the regular soap.
Bleach itself will stain clothing too.
As far as Body Odor I don't know. Could be hormones but I'm no expert.
