I dont get the copper thingy at all - they sell colloidal copper which supposedly turns into copper ions within 6 weeks or so. At the same time I read that ions are better anyhow.
Too much is bad for you and there are devided opinions about how much one should supplement.
I think I just skip it and stick with whats in my multi which is 100% RDA, plus I use good salt (Himalayan and Redmonts) and eat organic. :)
