In the city, the UPS truck does a very good job. If you have $$ they will being you organic fruits from all over the world. Lakewood out of Florida has the best organic juices and most are under $5 per quart, nothing added, just pure organic juices. There are over 1,000 places that will send organic dried fruits.

Living in a city means living in concentrated pollution, kind of like breathing the air while driving a car on a busy highway all the time. We are what we breathe.
