Thank you.
Happychick, I am happy for you! I have not yet gone the extraction root, but the day is soon approaching. Please forgive my digression on magnets.
FYI, rare earth magnets AKA " neodymium magnets" , which BTW are regulated by the government.... "for national security purposes" among other supposedly sound reasons, of course ! ;), are still fairly widely available, starting at places like Radio Shack, but also various web outlets. These magnets are strong! ; so strong that among other undesired results, there is the potential that putting such a magnet too close to electronic devices - like a camera, or cell phone just to name a few, will damage them. Just like the concern with Zappers in general being harmful because they may disrupt tiny but vital electrical charges used by the body, a similar concern exists with the use of these magnets..... so lets be careful out there. The general rule of thumb is - below the neck, one can use these magnets without too much concern for how long one leave's the magnet in place. From the neck up (as one approaches the numerous and vital operations of the brain and nervous system), the general guideline is - no more than 20 minutes at a time.
I do not want to detract from MH's opinion on Zappers in general, I respect his opinion even though I do not (yet) agree with it. And, the fact that I do not agree is not simply as matter of random choice, personality conflict, or petty behavior, I disagree only because of what I don't know versus what I have experienced..... and I say full heartedly that there is still a lot of uncertainty in my own mind on these.... so do not put too much stock in what I or anyone else says without doing your on study. It may be that sometime in the future, I will come upon some new information and change my belief, and agree with MH on this one issue out of so many hundreds to be aware of, but only IF/WHEN I come by knowledge that leads me to this conclusion. Also, I'm very picky about the use of the words "know" and "knowledge", I do not use them loosely; one either knows - has knowledge about something, or they don't. Ever stop to wonder about how many "somethings" in life there are to know? I admit there are many many things I do know know. I also admit that many people use the words " I know" when they really mean " I suspect" or " i really really really really hope"
In any case, there are brand's of Zappers out there - specifically the Croft-style, that contain a rare earth magnet, a little smaller in size than the diamter of a dime, but much thicker. The only reason I bring this up is that there is also supposedly a consideration to be made as to which side of the magnet - North, or South, is placed towards the body in order to get the healing benefits. I've read much debate other places about this one aspect of the potential healing benefits of earth magnets; it gets pretty heated at times. I personally do not know enough to confidently say one way or the other (North or South?), nonetheless I am convinced there is something to this, and I'm also convinced that I do not yet know for sure what this something is, so I keep searching. Rather than pollute the impression of anyone who has not yet researched this issue, I'm not even going to mention which polarity - N or S, that Croft (and many others) advise is the healing side of a magnet to be placed towards one's body. So, please be aware of this potential issue.
Best regards to all.
