The main reason that many people are not receiving email alerts is because there are a growing number of servers that are blocking CureZone email thinking that it is spam. I used to receive alerts at my Earthlink address and then stopped receiving them. Because a number of people were posting about this problem, I assumed that it was on CZs end. I later came across a list of servers that are blocking (that I now can't find for the life of me!) and, sure enough, Earthlink was now on the list. It used to be primarily AOL and Comcast...but the list has grown considerably.

I contacted Earthlink and they confirmed that the block was on their end. They told me that they thought it was spam since so many emails were coming from CZs IP address. They told me that they would have their techs unblock it. In the meantime, I got a Gmail address and have had no problem with getting alerts. I believe people with Hotmail addresses also have no problem.

Surprisingly, after getting my Gmail address I also got a few alerts on my Earthlink address. I changed my primary email to the Gmail address just in case Earthlink blocks again.

You might want to try one of two things. First make sure your email address and settings on CZ are correct. Then contact your ISP and ask them if they are blocking CZ email and ask them to unblock it. They may or may not. Or you can get a Gmail or Hotmail address for free and make that your primary address on CZ. Both of these worked for me!
