Re: the end of my first day

I am so sorry that you have a headache, Jordy.

Last night I went to bed after having to take a migraine med and I don't like having to sleep on ice all night. Actually, as I now recall I did not take the med until extremely early this morning. Was up every hour last night and JUST A RAG this morning. Bad health problems (call 1-800-menopause!)?

May I suggest (and don't everyone pile up on me, OK?)....but this morning to AVOID MORE PAIN than I was already in....I did have 1/2 a cup of coffee. First of all, I wasn't SURE that today was going to be my start date. Then, once I was committed to trying the SWF, it was a go. I did it, I liked the feeling the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) gave me (HATE THE ACTUAL DRINK)....but it was OK. No headache.

So..........oh.........and I also didn't drink but 16 oz of SW.

THEN....just now about ten minutes ago, I did the other 16 oz. So see? Sometimes ya dive in, sometimes ya slip in, sometimes it is just the big toe. I DO TEND TO BE A PURIST in most of all this stuff but hey....I am also a "Reformed Perfectionist" and would rather make it to Day 2 and 3 and so on than to not do it at all because I "wasn't doing it RIGHT". Don't beat yourself up. You can do this. You're doing great. ;O)
