Im going to. Im planning on eating mostly raw, green smoothies, sprouted seeds, veggies and some bean dishes for the next few weeks. Maybe an egg here or there. Its hard..Im finding EVERYTHING has gluten in it..even SOY sauce :( And here I was making these awesome asian stir fry dishes with lots of veggies and an asian sauce thinking I was healthy. I could have been triggering an allergy this whole time. :(
