Yes, I aim to take anti-fungals. I was waiting for my bladder/kidneys to settle down first. They have not felt right since starting the diet and I decided that the kidneys were overloaded with toxins from the candida dying off.

After two months I feel ready to start AF's, but now I don't know which anti-fungal to take? I'd be glad of any suggestions. I live in UK.
