You bet. I keep a journal of many things since 2 years ago. One of the things I can tell by looking at it is that I become very anxious and obsessed about preparing my foods/taking supplements etc whenever I have a die-off. And now I can handle it better but it is definitely related to toxin release because when the die-off is over I look back and wonder why the heck I was so obsessed!!.
Die-off has a big impact on my mind-set, no doubt.
