Good for you! It took me four years of heavy duty colon cleansing, then flushing my liver clean (it takes several flushes at two week intervals), but I actually CURED my "adult acne" and "rosacea" in this way. My main colon cleansing arsenal included juice fasting and professional colonics.
Whatever your cleansing goals, you absolutely can do it!
