Hi everyone,
Tommorow I will be starting my first juice detox to rid my body of toxins, and clear up my hormonal painful acne. I need some advice on how long I can do a juice fast? (14 days, a month, 2 months) and what fruits and veggies I should buy or not buy. And also, If I can use colosan and make this juicing detox a colon detox as well. I'm doing this also to prepare my body and colon for a liver flush. Any advice is welcome!- Re: first ever juice detox! need adv... Wheatgrass Yogi

MoreThis is a reply to # 964,199I'd say the Colosan (or Oxypowder ) would be fine during a Juice Fast. Don't set a number of days, but rather take it one day at a time.
I've done a 21-day Juice Fast here recently and felt Great. I took Oxypowder during mine. I need to do another one. I like the following Juices....Wheatgrass, Carrot, Celery, and Watermelon Rind. I considered Watermelon as part of the Juice Fast.

This is a reply to # 964,199If you don't have an enema bag already, my suggestion is to buy one and take a salt water cleansing enema every day during your fast. In my opinion, daily enemas are essential for a comfortable and successful fast.

This is a reply to # 964,199Good for you! It took me four years of heavy duty colon cleansing, then flushing my liver clean (it takes several flushes at two week intervals), but I actually CURED my "adult acne" and "rosacea" in this way. My main colon cleansing arsenal included juice fasting and professional colonics.
Whatever your cleansing goals, you absolutely can do it!
