Here's what I think:

Okay, let's think about illness and the human body for a minute...

Our human bodies are bombarded each and everyday by poisons in our environment, from the soaps and lotions we rub on, to the food, air and water we drink into our bodies, and, in addition to this, our food and water are devoid of complete nutritional value. Over time we become depleted and poisoned, then comes along a bacteria, virus or parasite, which may have been with us all along, but now it has an opportunity to flourish. Most humans don't even recognize how sick they are until they hit rock bottom. This usually occurs as the result of something traumatic and life altering, such as divorce, the death of a loved one, loss of job, or simply a broken heart. This however, would be the worst time to cleanse or start killing off those buggers, because the human body is not strong enough to handle the workload. Unfortunately, I think this is exactly what most of us do. We want so desperately to purge all the pain & sickness away, to cleanse it all away. Personally, I believe that most of the creatures within our bodies that are causing us the most harm were always there within us, our bodies simply got off balance and unable to keep them in check. The first and foremost thing to getting well is getting in balance so the body can work as it should. Further, I don't believe this process can be rushed along, so strong cleansing and powerful elemental pushes should be carefully approached.

The Beck Protocol is excellent, what I love most about it is that it is fairly simple and straightforward and cheap (if you know where to shop or you can follow directions and make things yourself), However, I think it would be most beneficial to someone who is strong enough to handle the download of toxins, because for even a healthy person the toxic download can be crippling to the system!!!

This, of course, is just a personal opinion, of someone who has been through a lot. I may be wrong; I may be crazy; I may be sick; but I also think I may be correct in my assumptions, or at the very least on the right track!

Take it for what it is, an opinion...

Speedy
