I agree, that energy medicine is the way to go regarding these low frequency critters, but it can be so confusing to the average joe...there are so many devices out there and finding help to use the equipment can also be a challenge. Also once work begins to destroy these buggers the body can't handle it...one may get backed up and then everything is reobsorbed. The body must be functioning well enough to handle the download.

As for enemas, they too deplete your electrolytes. However, the bowels must be flowing to push out the toxins and avoid reobsorption! I think bowel cleansing is a great start, providing the body is replenished with the right combo of nutrients.
