Hey forum!

Well, I have experimented with supplements to the point that it nearly killed me. "oh some B vitamins are good, and I need vitamin E and magnesium, and zinc and calcium". Yep, we need them all, but in what form?
I think that we should eat a good healthy, wholesome diet and be careful when we supplement. You never know when there is too much until you experience toxicity symtoms,and they hit you hard just like that without warning. The kidneys and liver can easily be overloaded. The body also produces receptors to recieve the nutrients, but If we supplement on a daily basis the body will produce fever and fever receptors to save itself from toxicity, and the supplement will pretty much be peed out instead of absorbed. Also, if you take one thing, it will antagonize something else.
Eggs (not eaten raw) contain every vitamin and mineral and amino acid there is (not vit c though) and like rabbittears say microgreens seem safe.

Dont make the mistakes I did, more is not better.
