I still skeptical of the SCIO machine. Again, I think, it's whatever is programmed into that will show up. Interesting how each week something "new" would show up. I haven't seen any science behind the instrument to recommend it.
It is hard to know what to take when you don't know what's going on. A supplement of microgreens are good to take as a support because they contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, vegs that you body may need and can penetrate cells in a helpful way. The only time that I wouldn't recommend microgreens to anyone would be to smokers because research has suggested that they help drive the toxins from cigarettes deeper into cells.
