My doctor several years ago said I needed calcium and gave me a prescription or I could take Tums :(
I never took it, so I decided to get it in plant form, then there was the whole discussion we need magnesium more than calcium. More confusion.
So I decided to take just several capsules once a week.
My MD the last time said I needed vitamin D daily, I take that and every day some magnesium, mainly 1/2 tsp of Epsom Salts in my water. Plus once inawhile magnesium oil on my skin.
It is mainly for general health because I can't really tell if it helps or not.
