I like the liquid stuff he has but that gets really expensive. However if your ileum is blown open it is the fastest way to push calcium.

The stuff I have used for the last while (before listening to the calcium is bad crowd) was Cal:Mag 1:1 with Silica and D3. But I suspect a lot of these issues are due to the kidneys being taxed so much in the metal detox cycle...
