i have waivered my kids for the latest shots they say they must have and then stepped on a roofing nail from the recent hail damage repair and then it dawned on me to know what to do instead. funny how programmed we get. i go barefoot all the time and there is hardly ever a time there isnt some breach in my foot. it was the nail made me think of it.
