I am doing very well health wise with everything I am doing so far with the drink and the baths and H202 sprays. There is one thing I can't seem to get totally away from and that is adding just a little elemental iodine to my drinks along with my kelp. I don't know if being on such a high dosage over 6 months ago made me more dependent on it or what but I just feel better if I add a drop or two plus 4 capsules of kelp with my drink.
I have tried giving it up but I just don't feel as well. If I feel good, is that a good sign that I'm giving my body what it needs? If I try to give myself extra kelp, (and no iodine) I seem to get a little shakey, nervous feeling.
Can you give me the green light to continue taking this mixture?
