I'll bet if you asked R.G., that he would be lost without his annual two cleanses. I don't think it would feel right to miss even one.

I remember clearly the day I felt my first 'die-off'..."Oh, this is what it feels like!"

And, it was only half-hearted...the critters just didn't have the strength to complain loudly. (Grin.)
