For me it is oh so simple. Soy, when used in the orient, was not used as a meat/protein replacement...more as a condiments and properly fermented. Above all you hear, the soy bean is no longer what is used to be "x" number of years ago...referring to GMO, overuse of topsoil, mendels' pea's pod and how the "original" seeds are lost forever in cross-breeding. Just my opinion.
