Are you taking extra fiber and staying hydrated?

A tablespoon or two of psyllium in a glass of orange juice, followed by a quart of water, is a great meal replacement.

Short grain brown rice works too. One big helping will make a bowel movement four hours later, every time you eat it, if you eat it regularly. It has to be short grain brown. Preferably organic.

Yes the worms will constipate you.
