Ankles swelling up. Advice please. Kidney cleanse?

I completed a 1 month Humaworm parasite cleanse 10 days ago. This was very successful, with die-off plus healing crisis. I was also constipated and need to Bowel Cleanse too, and I can tell kidneys are sluggish again.
I started a kidney cleanse yesterday because my lower back has been hurting. (Andreas Moritz formula)

Today, after drinking my usual 2 pints of salted water first thing in the morning, my ankles have all swollen up. Only a little pain so far. I assume this is EDEMA? This is the first time I have had this, although I have plenty of other ……………… issues;-)

I assume this re-confirms that I should be doing a kidney cleanse and that I should continue with it?
