Intrinsic Teeth Staining

I have been OP with coconut oil. I have found that vco by Now products is far superior to Spectrum expeller pressed. I put it on my skin also after I shower and the difference is like night and day. It is much fuller, has a rich taste and feel and I get results faster with vco. Anyway, I have intrinsic staining in my teeth from use of Antibiotics as a child. I am in my 50s now and and am embarrassed by how my teeth look as the yellowing has worsened with age. I can't find any information anywhere about how to lighten my teeth from this kind of staining. Does anyone have any tips for me? I have been OPing for about 2 months and there is a difference of course, but they are still very yellow. Thanks
