Re: the real question?????

It is important to understand, that LF's will not bring instant cure for all ailments.
Cleaner liver will bring the help as the whole body will benefit, but you have to give a time.

Some of the skin problems may be caused by external conditions rather than internal.
For example, one can inadvertly transfer a bacteria to a different locations by fingers.
It is also possible to have a problem for a skin condition source under fingernails and the transfer will happen for sure.
I am not saying, that the external causes are the possible source, just one of them in skin problems.

LF is controversial as we can see by reading the first answer. My previous writing about the subject shows, that by doing the LF, you will improve your health as I testify that myself.
I also question wheater the cholesterol pebbles are formed in the liver and callbladder, or actually in the intestine (duodenum) as a result of mixing bile together with the incredients of LF.
Somehow the later sounds more obvious as bileducts are relatively small to carry often large cholesterol pebbles.
Further more some people report that in some pebbles there are food particles inside when you cut them open.
That would not be possible, if they were formed insine liver or callbladder.

And why we have somethimes only shaff and other times soft pebbles?
Simple. Because the composition varies depending how accurately we follow the instructions and how much liquid we consume.

My own "sandy" pebbles most likely had a very unclean bile that contained small solid particles from liver. (Pity, I didn't have them analyzed)

Going back to that Acne problem. It is often a hormonal unbalance and will disappear in time. Now try this: Take a clean cottonball and put some H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) (hydrogen peroxide)
in it and gently wipe affected area. Do not use same ball on the bottle second time, take a new ball.
