Hi nomad_girl, it's puzzling to me why you are breaking out at this time.Did this happen to you when you fasted for the 21 days? I haven't had a problem with Acne since my teens, but whenever I've fasted, even after 3 or 4 days my skin usually feels smoother and seems softer and clearer.
