magnesium, et alia

thanks infinitely. i just had a hair analysis done and i've got twice as much magnesium in my system as calcium. for years i've been careful to take more magnesium than calcium, having been convinced of this route some years ago.

'taurate' sounds animal — bull! — derived but the sites you link don't indicate that's so. as a vegetarian i want to be sure. seems it's made in the lab — synthesized.

do you have views on 'ionic/mono-atomic minerals' [e.g., elemental research's: http://www.elementalresearchllc.com/]? my hope, since i'm using them, is they're more easily assimilated.

i tried alan gaby's program. he says, "There are many different opinions among nutrition-oriented practitioners concerning the proper ratio of calcium to magnesium. The traditional ratio is 2 mg of calcium for every 1 mg of magnesium. Some doctors, however, are of the opinion that these minerals should be provided in equal amounts. Other practitioners actually recommend a reversal of the ratio: 2 mg of magnesium for every 1 mg of calcium." so i've leaned toward that.

i appreciated an article at one of your links on hypothyroidism and magnicium deficiency. i didn't know that and i have hypot.

thanks for mentioning the op forum. i've been there and read things but i wanted tBH's views on the condition.http://curezone.com/upload/photos/landscapes/upper_catawba_falls.jpg
