Re: I'm so crazy....
I'm with you, I think back at my high school days and being tired during class and such. I wish I would have eaten then like I do now
and wonder what benifits or where I would be now. I was MVP in football, but when it came time for college, I was too lazy to work out and did not want to go through summer camp. Scholastically I know darn well it had to have hurt me falling asleep in class and too tired at night to do homework.
My parents grew up in the depression, so I had icky wheat cereal for breakfast with milk and sugar. Lunch was going through the hamburger line drinking milk, fries and thick hamburer buns. Then dinner was meat and potatoes, if there was a vegtable, it was way overcooked so there was no nutrients in it. the only thing from those days that I eat now is the ground beef, and even that is purchased from a health food store that sells natural meat instead of that hormone induced stressed out stuff that fast food sells you. and my vegtables are mostly raw.
Like Cher says, if I could turn back time. Oh well, I'm responsible now for myself and there's no excuse (as well as no wheat or dairy)
