Help / Advice requested please
OK, I'll try to keep this as brief as possible.... I need advice or help on the following problem.
I have felt since I was VERY small that this house might have at least one spirit in it. That later rose to two, when I learned that the family who lived here before us had a chimp who was poisoned, and I believe that its legs appear in a picture I took some years back.
The other, my sister (who is much more in-tune spiritually than I am) confirmed the first as my late grandfather, on my dad's side of the family.
My father told me on an OBE he had one day. He was able to accurately relate events that me, my mother, and brother were doing while he was upstairs in bed- and even able to repeat small fragments of things he had heard.
I vaguely remember feeling light-headed during the time when he said he was out of his body.
He then said he returned, only to find that his physical self was being shaken violently by something he could not see, and he had to knock it off of himself to get back into his body.
Something similar has happened to me about four times now.
After learning of astral projection, I had attempted to better myself spiritually through meditation- and the first night I thought that I would be able to do it, I felt light-headed and then heard a male laugh that did not belong to anybody in my house. I then felt as though I was being shaken violently. This lasted for a few seconds, faded, and returned- during which time I was unable to move.
Each time after that, it was triggered by a specific thought or series of thoughts, and a sound came with its onset. Said thoughts included a spider (accompanied by a hissing sound), a fight with my brother (accompanied by a female saying the word 'Ecstacy'), and what could go wrong at my home while I was away on a trip (accomanied by a bell tone).
I also heard a child-like laugh for a span of a half a second in my ear while it was against a pillow one night while I was trying to sleep, and have heard footsteps in the house and in my bedroom numerous times.
And earlier today, my father was in the master bedroom playing with one of our four dogs when she stopped, and just stared at something in the hallway. He said that her gaze followed it behind him, and nothing that he could do would make her look away.
All of our dogs seem to 'watch' things that we don't see, and our cats will do the same thing. I woke once to one of them hissing at something, and caught a brief glimpse of something small and black near the ceiling in our living room.
We also learned recently that someone may have been shot and killed in our house at some point in the past.
So, that said, and advice will be much welcome. I am at a loss for an explanation, and am afrade to wander my house at night because I often feel as tough I am being watched.
