i wish you would be more specific.

now what do you suppose that means?

people think it is normal for them to not know the bible and laugh and say "its all greek to me". that is a big fat mistake.

John 5:38-40
38And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not.

39Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

40And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

do you see the paradox here? of course the scriptures had eternal life in them. and the jews had them all along. but when those same scriptures appeared to them in the flesh, they refused to believe it. some not recognizing it(though nicodemas did) and some not caring one way or the other because they would be damned if anyone was going to upset their apple cart. especially some nobody from nazereth with no power over the romans. if the jews would have done what jesus said and loved their enemies and paid their taxes and served their masters as unto the lord, the temple would still be standing today and islam wouldnt even exist. the whole world would have been lit by the light of jerusalem.

ya gotta learn greek. christos was nothing new to these people. the hebrew word is messiah. it means annointed. like david, son of jesse, was annointed of god by samuel. why do you think these big tough fishermen and such were hanging out with jesus? they thought they would be like davids mighty men, which david also hand-picked near a body of water. they were going to kick some roman butt and end the occupation. they just about fell over when jesus went quietly with the romans. peter was ready, but jesus told him no and fixed the damage he did and went like a sheep to slaughter, telling piate that this world was not his domain otherwise he would be dead by now.

so where were all these anti-annointeds? again, the greek. anti does not mean the opposite. anti is from the greek and it means a mirror image. it means that it is not the original or the genuine, but it mirrors the original and appears like it in every detail, except that its backwards and it has no subtance. it is only a reflection.

so the antichrist is a mirror image of christ. it emulates christ in its appearance. the antichrists of jesus' day were in the image of david the warrior. that was the expectation of the priests and scribes and pharisees. their savior was going to rescue them from the romans and establish jewish rule in israel once again and for all time.

the antichrist of today is no different. he is a false image of christ set up in peoples minds(hearts) and he is there, taking the place of god and being worshipped as god even as we speak by millions.
