I do have a ton of health info - I am a natural health info packrat, always collecting new info to perhaps use someday in one of my books, articles or posts, but . . . . .
the way I get a lot of that info, is to see a good post like one of yours, check my files and also do a Google to see what more I can find, and then add all of what I find new to the archives.
And I find that no one knows more than Mr. Google!
Except maybe those beings of light - (although they seem a bit deficient in knowledge about dieting . . .
)
