hey Nastarz,
I just went and bought a new bottle of Shea Butter today. I got, its a brand "Palmer's" And i got their Shea Butter Formula. Its NOT organic. It also have Vit E in it. I will be using it tomorrow morning, and i will mix in the shea butter with my shampoo. Do i just do it in the shower or do i make a mixture and keep it aside? Will the mixture remain and stay if i mix some shampoo and shea butter from b4?
Btw i also bought a bottle of Palmer's Coco Butter Formula with Vit E. It says it smoothes marks and scars. ANd i think its pretty true. Because a friend of mine, her sister was chubby and had stretch marks. She said she used coco butter cream and her stretch marks started to fade away. Which is a really good thing. I have acne scars and marks on my face. Im thinking i should maybe your the coco butter on my face and see if the scars fade away? Or lighten down? Any opinion? I just wanted to buy a bottle of coco butter and use the same thing for my hair but i also bought just the shea butter by itself. And plan on using just the shea butter on my hair. And plan on using the coco butter for my skin, stretch marks, acne scars. Lets see what happens.
Well Nastarz, thank you so much for sharing this idea with us. I am excited to start it out tomorrow. Will let you know how it went.
Hi,
Im in desperate need. Ok, so i woke up this morning, and went into the shower with my bottle of shea butter. I mixed some shea butter with my shampoo and shampooed my hair. It was weird. I mean as if my hair had got stuck together. I could not leave it like that so i had to shampoo. I shampooed twice i think maybe even thrice. It felt like i had oil in my hair and i was just rinsin it with water. The top of my scalp, the hair there had got stuck together. I had to be at an appointment so i didnt blow dry.......just left. But even when i had got out of the shower my hair were all stuck together as if i had oil on or something worse. Or something greasy in my hair. I didnt know what to do then. ANd thought this feeling of my hair feeling greasy and oily will wear off. So i let it be. But during the next few hours nothing changed. My hair remained like that except they just dried down since they had been wet when i had come out of the shower.
I got done with my appointment and came home and slept. BUt when i woke up the hair was the same.. I went to the salon to get my face waxed as i get that done on a regular basis.......and by chance i asked the girl there that i put something in my hair and its not coming out, how do i take it out? She advised me to blow dry my hair on high heat and as soon as i feel the greasiness in my hair melting go take a shower and my shampoo my hair. I did as she said. I blow dryed tho i dont know if that was really helpful or not except my scalp was burning and i was in pain. I then went in and shampooed 3 times and also put conditioner.I let the conditioner sit in my hair for like 2-3 mins. I then came out and have blow dryed my hair. But even after blow drying it this time, they are dry, but they are all stuck together (my hair). It seems like i have oil in my hair or rather grease. And the top of my head like my entire scalp area it kinda hard. Like as if i have gel in my hair. You know how ones hair gets hard when one has gel on. The shea buttter has not come out. PLEASE HELP ME> What have i done wrong? Whats happened? Im very desperate. And everytime i touch my hair i can feel that oiliness in my hair. My hands get greasy. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. How do i get this out of my hair. What do i do? I have to go to a orientation tomorrow. At the new school that im going too. ANd im looking horrible.
hi Nastarz,
Btw the question about using the butter on your face........do you use coco butter or shea butter on your face for the scars? And has it helped? Have the scars lessened or improved? How long have you been using it for? How often do you use it? Every night?
