MoreThis is a reply to # 86,820I did a couple of Liver Flushes and then did a parasite cleanse. I then went on to do several more liver flushes.
There will be people who will say to follow the correct order of flushes and I know they are probably right. But, when I read about a liver flush, I jumped right in and did it first. (I never have followed directions well)

I'll bet you are a good cook too ...you know and little bit of this and a little bit of that...and it turns out great..
But I also did the flushes first and it worked fine...but I didn't know what I was suppose to do and so I just did it.
Sort of like getting married you don't know what you are getting into, but you are on the right track...ae

This is a reply to # 86,825You sound like you could be my new best friend! I like what you said about marriage because it is so true. Yes, I do like to cook, but I have stopped cooking like I used to and cook like I NEED to now---for health's sake. I don't always succeed, but I do try. I like to call myself "a work in progress." I love learning from more experienced people on this website what I NEED to do to live a healthier life.
