17, this is a true self-experimentation. For an unknown reason, I ordered liquid cayenne from MH while ordering one day, literally just found myself telling Brenda/his wife to throw some in my order. I got that order, looked at the bottle and put it in my herb box until I decided what I was going to do with it ... this was MONTHS ago, last year. So when I saw Docta Dennis flush using cayenne as a dialative, I thought of it and asked him how much to use.

The 60 drops of cayenne doesn't add enough heat to the hot lemonade to make a difference.

This morning, I was watching a Dr Christopher video where he's talking about cayenne and states we should consume 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, but laughingly states that one should build up to that, starting at 1/4 teaspoon so you don't get too personal with jet propulsion! He suggest starting with 1/4 teaspoon which is what is in this flush. (Docta Dennis was in the room when the video I'm watching was made, he trained at the master's knee.)
